GLR CORPORATION (GLR) was incorporated in 1995 and is owned by Mary Lou Sauceda Golden who is a service connected disabled veteran. GLR is just one of a handful who is a SDVOSB, Hispanic Woman Owned, SDB, HUB Zone, and Graduated 8(a), Business, acting as a business with a proven track record of successful contracts in the Government arena.  By teaming together by teaming with Veterans Construction Inc (VCI), we are able to provide a much larger scale of capabilities. For the past 15 years GLR has fulfilled its mission by applying sound Engineering, Construction, and Project Management skills to meet our customer’s needs. Each GLR employee understands that our company’s success depends on our ability to gain and maintain our customers’ trust and to be able to fit our business around the needs of our customers. GLR’s principals apply an average of over twenty years of professional experience in their respective disciplines to solve our customer’s problems and ensure that all work is completed to our customer’s satisfaction. GLR carries sufficient bonding and insurance coverage to meet most customer’s requirements. GLR offers a wide range of services within the Resource Management, Construction, and Engineering Services sectors of our company. These range from environmental studies, engineering design, site remediation, construction management, civil construction, marine construction, buildings and grounds maintenance, land surveying, and armed guard services. Our professionals have completed projects throughout the country and overseas. They have worked on contracts located at virtually every military base in the country. This prepares GLR to provide our services anywhere in the country.

GLR’s current SBA designations provide additional advantages to prime government contractors. GLR provides a single subcontractor source to prime contractors who are trying to meet their subcontracting goals for multiple small and disadvantaged categories. In some cases GLR’s status will also provide prime contractors with a significant price advantage during the competitive bidding process through government offsets.
